Royal West Campus Bursary

As of June 30, 2023, this bursary is no longer awarded.

This annual award was established in 2004. In appreciation for the use of an available book-sorting storage space in the Saskatoon Public School Division, CFUW Saskatoon Inc. established a bursary valued at $750. The bursary was intended to support students who had not completed their high-school education for various reasons and were upgrading in order to pursue their academic goals, rising above adversity to achieve their education. In 2020, the value increased to $1,000.

The bursary is eligible for Royal West Campus students who are graduating, having taken a minimum of three classes with the Royal West Campus program or having taken a minimum of three upgrading courses in the current year. The application deadline is May 31. Applicants must have applied and been accepted in a post-secondary program for the current year. The successful applicant is presented the award at the Royal West Campus June Graduation Farewell.
